The core business of our factory is the production of physically tempered glass. After ordinary flat glass is precisely cut and edge-ground, it is sent to a high-temperature heating furnace to be uniformly heated to a temperature close to its softening point (approximately above 650°C), followed by rapid and uniform air-cooling quenching. This key process forms a strong permanent compressive stress layer on the glass surface and a beneficial tensile stress layer inside, thereby endowing the product with the following significant advantages:

Doubled Strength: Its bending resistance and impact resistance are more than 3 to 5 times that of ordinary glass.

Excellent Wind Pressure Resistance: Particularly suitable for high-rise building curtain walls, doors, windows and other places with high strength requirements.

High Thermal Stability: Its ability to withstand sudden temperature changes is significantly improved (generally capable of withstanding a temperature difference of ≥200°C), effectively reducing the risk of thermal breakage.

Safe and Reliable: When severely damaged, it breaks into small obtuse-angled particles, which greatly reduces the risk of personal injury and complies with national safety glass standards.
